With reference to Foreign Office letter No.F 5168/7/10
of September 25th last, enclosing a copy of a telegram
from Peking regarding the proposed Hongkong-China Customs
Agreement, I am directed by Mr. Secretary Henderson to
inform you that the phrase "rouse the colonies" in the
second paragraph of that telegram should read "round the
colony".
